Texas Division

Missouri Petroleum Products Company has been a leading asphalt pavement seal coat contractor in Texas for over 30 years. In 2015, we saw an opportunity to bring some of the knowledge and expertise that has proven effective in the Missouri market since 1932 to Texas. In pursuit of becoming a permanent fixture in Texas, Missouri Petroleum opened the Texas Division Regional Office and maintenance terminal in April of that year.

The long-term goal of the Texas Division is to provide industry-leading pavement preservation services to owner agencies across North Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. While combining state-of-the-art products and application techniques for chip-seal, slurry seal, micro-surfacing, spray paving, and crack sealing, along with a complete line of spray-applied asphalt pavement sealers, the Missouri Petroleum Texas Division plans to be a reliable partner to many cities, counties, and State agencies in this region.

Kevin King is the President of Asphalt & Pavement Preservation. He joined Missouri Petroleum Products Company in March 2015. He has 27 years of diverse highway maintenance/construction, materials, and pavement preservation experience. Having served nearly 10 years with TxDOT, over 5 years in asphalt and emulsion sales/marketing, and 12 years in aggregate sales/marketing, Kevin brings a unique perspective to the contracting side of the business.

As a longtime supporter of the Texas highway industry, Missouri Petroleum Products Co., is a member of the AGC of Texas and Texas Asphalt Pavement Association as well as numerous national industry trade associations. Kevin serves as the Area 4 Highway Vice-Chair for the AGC. He is also a member of the AGC Seal Coat Committee and the TxAPA Seal Coat Committee.
