Bi-State Emulsions is a subsidiary of Missouri Petroleum. Bi-State manufactures a variety of asphalt emulsions and EnduraSeal driveway sealers. Our plant is located at 3714 Big Bend Industrial Court in St. Louis near the intersection of Big Bend and Manchester Road. Bi-State Emulsions is open midnight to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday during the months of May through October. During the winter months, we are open from 6:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For bulk loading during the winter months, please call (314) 645-1818 ahead of time for the bulk loading schedule. Our products can also be delivered to your location by calling Missouri Petroleum Dispatch at 314-219-7326.

Recently, we've added additonal storage tanks and a second scale at our plant.  The additional storage allow us to manufacture and keep a larger variety of products on hand.  The additional scale allow us to process our customer's orders in a more efficient manner.  Our goal is to load and weigh your material with minimal disruption and downtime.  We believe that the new renovations accomplish this goal and improve customer service.  We welcome your comments regarding the changes.
